The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section16(1) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No.1) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on 23rdFebruary 2012.
Amendment of Commencement No.1 Order

- (1) The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No.1) Order 2012[^f00002] is amended as follows.
- (2) In article 2, after “(interpretation) of” insert “, and the schedule (authorities to which Part1 applies) to,”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No.1) Order 2012 so that the schedule to the Act also comes into force on 24thFebruary 2012.
