Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order continues in force certain provisions of the existing local plans for the Highland area notwithstanding the adoption of the Highland-wide Local Development Plan. The provisions of—

specified in column 1 of the Schedule are continued in force subject to any limitation or exclusion set out in column 2 or referred to in article 2(2)(b).
