In accordance with paragraph 2(3) of that Schedule[^f00002], a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it made.
Amendment of the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2012

For Schedule1 (revenue support grant and distribution of non-domestic rate income 2012-2013) to the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2012[^f00003], substitute the Schedule1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2012 by replacing Schedule1 to that Order with the Schedule1 set out in the Schedule to this Order. Column2 of the Schedule lists the amount of revenue support grant which is payable to each local authority in Scotland in respect of the financial year 2012-2013. Column3 of the Schedule lists the amount of non-domestic rate income to be distributed to each local authority in Scotland in respect of the financial year 2012-2013.
