The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2013

Coming into force: 9th December 2013
They are satisfied as to the matters mentioned in section 38(5) of that Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 9th December 2013.
Amendment of the list of prescribed conservation bodies

Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003[^f00002] (conservation bodies prescribed under section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003) is amended by inserting, in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order, “Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 by adding Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust to the list of prescribed conservation bodies. Conservation bodies are bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003.
