In accordance with paragraph 2(3) of that Schedule[^f00002], a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Article 2 of, and column 2 of Schedule 1 to, the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2013[^f00003] (which previously determined the amount of revenue support grant payable to each local authority in respect of the financial year 2013-2014) are revoked.
