The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(6) and 6(2)(b) of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides a list of persons who are to be prescribed relatives for the purposes of sections 2(6) and 6(2)(b) of the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014.
