The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(3) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014[^f00001] and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Partial Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 30th August 2016.

Amendment of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2016

Article 2 (a)(i) and (iii) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2016[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2016 (“Commencement No. 11 Order”) by revoking article 2(a)(i) and (iii) of that Order.

Commencement No. 11 Order now only provides for the commencement on 31st August 2016 of section 68 of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, so far as not already in force, and section 95 of that Act, for all purposes.
