In accordance with section 99(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation, commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Part 4 and Part 5 Complaints) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
