Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Asset Transfer Request (Designation of Relevant Authority) (Scotland) Order 2017 and comes into force on 23rd January 2017.
Designation of relevant authority

Historic Environment Scotland[^f00002] is designated as a relevant authority for the purposes of Part 5 (asset transfer requests) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
