Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Asset Transfer Request (Designation of Relevant Authority) (Scotland) Order 2019 and comes in to force on 1 April 2019.
Designation of relevant authority

VisitScotland[^f00002] is designated as a relevant authority for the purposes of Part 5 (asset transfer requests) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
