The Court of Session therefore makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by section104(1) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014[^f00002] and all other powers enabling it to do so.

Revocation of Acts of Sederunt

The Act of Sederunt (Computer Evidence in the Sheriff Court) 1969[^f00003] and the Act of Sederunt (Computer Evidence in the Sheriff Court Amendment) 1970)[^f00004], so far as still in force, are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Act of Sederunt revokes, so far as still in force, the Act of Sederunt (Computer Evidence in the Sheriff Court) 1969 and the Act of Sederunt (Computer Evidence in the Sheriff Court Amendment) 1970.
