The Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Amendment Regulations 2019

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Amendment Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

• (1) The Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.

• (3) In regulation 5 (amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017)—

• (a) in paragraph (10)(c), in the new paragraph (6A)(e) for “after “Directive”” substitute “ at the end ”,

• (b) in paragraph (14)(a)(i) after “United Kingdom” insert “ level ”.

• (4) In regulation 6(11)(a)(i) (amendment of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017) after “United Kingdom” insert “ level ”.
