The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers by the Seal Fisheries (North Pacific) Act, 1912, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

Amendment of Schedule to principal Order

The Schedule to the principal Order shall be amended by the deletion of the word “Dominica” where the same now occurs immediately after the words “Virgin Islands” and by the insertion of the word “Dominica” as a separate entry in its appropriate alphabetical place in that Schedule.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Order is to amend the Schedule to the principal Order so as to take account of the constitution of Dominica as a separate colony.
