The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(3) of the Restrictive Practices Court Act 1976, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Restrictive Practices Court Act 1976 (Commencement) Order 1976.

The Restrictive Practices Court Act 1976 shall come into operation on 15th December 1976.
