The Precept Limitation (Prescribed Maximum) (Inner London Education Authority) Order 1989
Made: 9th February 1989
Coming into force: 14th February 1989
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 4(4) of the Rates Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Precept Limitation (Prescribed Maximum) (Inner London Education Authority) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 14th February 1989.
Prescription of maximum precept

There is hereby prescribed under section 1 of the Rates Act 1984, for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1989, as the maximum precept for the Inner London Education Authority the amount of 78.42 pence in the pound.

This Order prescribes a maximum precept of 78.42 pence in the pound for the Inner London Education Authority for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1989.
