The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to air transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:–

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Air Carriers Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 6th September 1999.
