The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said section 2(2), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, makes the following Regulations:

Amendment of the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000

In Schedule 3 Part I, paragraph 1, to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 after the words “as amended by Commission Decision 2000/542/EC (OJ No. L231, 13.9.00, p. 12)" there shall be added the following—
