The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by that section hereby makes the following Regulations—

Title, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Reporting of Prices of Milk Products (England) Regulations 2005, shall come into force on 1st July 2005 and shall apply in England only.

Provision of information on prices of milk products

Offence

Any person who fails to comply with a notice referred to in regulation 2(1) shall be guilty of an offence, and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
