The Public Guardian (Fees, etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

Coming into force: 1st October 2007
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 58(3) and (4) and 65(1)(b) of the Mental Capacity Act 2005[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.
Amendment to the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) Regulations 2007

- (1) Regulation 9 (exemptions) of the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) Regulations 2007[^f00002] is amended as follows.
- (2) In regulation 9(7)(b)(ii) omit the reference to “child”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Regulation 2 of these Regulations makes a minor amendment to regulation 9(7)(b)(ii) of the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) Regulations 2007.
