The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2018

In regulation 12(10)(ca) (reporting of incidents and accidents at sea) of the Merchant Shipping (Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Reporting Requirements) Regulations 2004 , in the definition of “permitted level” for the words “Merchant Shipping (Dangerous or Noxious Substances in Bulk) Regulations 1996” substitute “ Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2018 ”.
