The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 , makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Arden University Limited) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 1st September 2020.
Competence to grant awards

Arden University Limited shall be competent to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) and defined under section 42(3) of the said Act.

Arden University Limited may authorise other institutions to grant such awards as specified in paragraph 2 of this Order on its behalf.
