The Office for Students has complied with the procedure on giving notifications in accordance with section 48 of that Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Architectural Association School of Architecture) Order of Council 2019 (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 4th May 2025.
Variation of The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Architectural Association School of Architecture) Order of Council 2019

- (1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Architectural Association School of Architecture) Order of Council 2019 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) Architectural Association School of Architecture (registered as Architectural Association (Incorporated) with company registration number 00171402) shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2(a) of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 1st October 2019 and expiring at the end of the day on 29th September 2028.

This Order varies Architectural Association School of Architecture’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation so that it remains valid until the end of the day on 29th September 2028.
