Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 14th May 2025.
Variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) Order 2023

- (1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) Order 2023[^f00002] is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) For article 3, substitute—
(3) The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 9th January 2023 and expiring at the end of the day on 8th April 2029

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order varies the Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) Order 2023 to extend the authorisation of National Film and Television School (The) to grant the taught awards specified in article 2 of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) Order 2023. The expiry of the authorisation is changed from 9th April 2026 to 8th April 2029.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
