The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State for Wales by section 9 (1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling the Secretary of State in that behalf, and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales[^f00002], with the consent of the Treasury[^f00003], hereby makes the following Order:
Citation, commencement and application

- (1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 31st March 2000.
- (2) This Order shall apply to Wales only.
Originating Capital of National Health Service Trusts

The originating capital of a National Health Service trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be the amount specified opposite it in column 2 of the Schedule.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, provided for in section 9 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, of certain National Health Service trusts established under that Act.
