Following unloading, the livestock compartment, loading ramps and wheels of the vehicle were cleansed and disinfected with a disinfectant approved by National Assembly for Wales and/or the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. As far as practicable the driver’s cabin of the vehicle and the protective clothing and boots worn by the driver during unloading were also subject to cleansing and disinfection using an approved disinfectant.
