The Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2002

The National Assembly for Wales, being designated [^f00001] for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 [^f00002] in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2), makes the following Regulations—
Title, application and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2002; they apply to Wales and come into force on 15th May 2002.
Revocation

The Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) Regulations 2002 [^f00003] and the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2002 [^f00004] are revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations, which apply only to Wales, revoke the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/274 (W.30)) and the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/811 (W.91)).
A regulatory appraisal has not been prepared for these Regulations.
