The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 21 of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006[^f00001] and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to that Act, hereby make the following Order.
Title, Commencement and Interpretation

- (1) The title of this Order is the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 23 April 2009.
- (2) In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.
Originating Capital of NHS Trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the amount specified in corresponding column 2 of the Schedule.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order determines that amount of originating capital, provided for in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, of certain National Health Service Trusts established under that Act.
