The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2009

Coming into force: 9 June 2009

The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by sections 21 and 203(10) of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006[^f00001] and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to that Act, hereby make the following Order.

Title and Commencement

• (1) The title of this Order is the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 9 June 2009.

Amendment to the Originating Capital of NHS Trusts

• (1) The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2009[^f00002] is amended as follows;

• (2) For the Schedule to the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2009, substitute the Schedule to this Order.

This Order amends the amount of originating capital provided for certain National Health Service Trusts in the National Health Service (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2009.
