The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992[^f00001] on the Secretary of State and now vested in them[^f00002].

The title of this Order is the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 23 October 2009.

In the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009[^f00003] at paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule omit “ymyl du a chroeslinellau” and substitute “ymyl du a llinellau lletraws”.

This Order corrects an error in the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009.
A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
