The Swansea Bay Port Health Authority (Amendment) Order 2010

Coming into force: 26 July 2010
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984[^f00001], having given the notices required by sections 2 and 4 of that Act and not having received any notice of objection thereto, make the following Order:
Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the Swansea Bay Port Health Authority (Amendment) Order 2010 and it comes into force on 26 July 2010.
Amendments to the 1991 Order

The Swansea Bay Port Health Authority Order 1991[^f00002] is amended as follows:
- (a) in Schedule 2, for the heading “The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 77)”, substitute “The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22)”;
- (b) in Schedule 2, under the heading “The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 77)”, for—

This Order makes amendments to enactments set out in Schedule 2 to the Swansea Bay Port Health Authority Order 1991.
