The Milford Port Health Authority (Amendment) Order 2010
Made: 22 July 2010
Coming into force: 26 July 2010
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984[^f00001], having given the notices required by sections 2 and 4 of that Act and not having received any notice of objection thereto, make the following Order.
Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the Milford Port Health Authority (Amendment) Order 2010 and it comes into force on 26 July 2010.
Amendments to the 1991 Order

The Milford Port Health Authority Order 1991[^f00002] is amended as follows:
- (a) in the Schedule, under the heading “The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22)”, for the words—

This Order makes amendments to enactments set out in the Schedule to the Milford Port Health Authority Order 1991.
