The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 48(2) and 49(2) of the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009[^f00001], make the following Order:

This Order brings into force on 19 January 2011 and 14 February 2011 various provisions of the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009 specified in article 2 of the Order.
