The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred by section 241(3) of the Planning Act 2008[^f00001], make the following Order:

The title of this Order is the Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2014.
Provision coming into force on 28 November 2014

Section 198 of the Planning Act 2008 (so far as it is not yet in force) comes into force in relation to Wales on 28 November 2014.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Article 2 of this Order brings section 198 of the Planning Act 2008 (appeals relating to old mining permissions) into force on the 28 November 2014, in relation to Wales, insofar as it is not already in force.
