The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred upon them by section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011[^f00001], make the following Order:

Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2015.

(2) In this Order “Measure” means the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.

Commencement

Part 7 of the Measure (Welsh Language Tribunal) comes into force on 30 April 2015 to the extent it is not already in force.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order is made under section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). Article 2 of this Order brings Part 7 of the Measure into force to the extent that it is not already in force on 30 April 2015. Part 7 of the Measure makes provision in relation to the Welsh Language Tribunal.
