The Welsh Ministers have consulted in relation to regulation 6 of the Bathing Water Regulations 2013[^f00003].
Title, application and commencement

- (1) The title of these Regulations is the Bathing Water (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 and they come into force on 1 May 2017.
- (2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013

In Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 after “Tenby South” insert “Traeth Glan Don Beach”.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, amend Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”), which lists the waters identified by the Welsh Ministers as bathing waters in Wales.
Regulation 2 of these Regulations adds Traeth Glan Don Beach to the list of identified bathing waters in the Regulations.
The Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, no impact assessment has been produced for these Regulations as there is no change to policy, or impact on business or the voluntary sectors foreseen.
