The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Trade Union (Wales) Act 2017[^f00001].

Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Trade Union (Wales) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

(2) In this Order “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Trade Union (Wales) Act 2017.

Commencement

Sections 1 and 2 of the Act come into force on 13 September 2017.
