The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 48 of the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023[^f00001], make the following Order:

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This is the third commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 (asc 1) (“the Act”).

This Order brings into force the provisions listed in articles 2 and 3 on 21 March 2025 and the provisions listed in article 4 on 30 June 2025.

The provisions listed in articles 2 and 4 are brought into force in full and those listed in article 3 are brought into force to the extent specified.
