Artikel 39a. Verstrekking van basisgegevens aan Onze Minister van VWS
Aan Onze Minister van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport worden voor de uitvoering van subsidieregelingen op grond van de Kaderwet VWS-subsidies desgevraagd de in de bijlage aangeduide basisgegevens van onderwijsdeelnemers verstrekt. Daarbij wordt het persoonsgebonden nummer vervangen door een ander nummer of een code op een zodanige wijze dat de onderwijsdeelnemer niet geïdentificeerd is.

Artikel 48a. Verstrekking van diplomagegevens aan Onze Minister van IenW
Aan Onze Minister van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat worden voor zijn taken met betrekking tot de afgifte van vaarbevoegdheidsbewijzen als bedoeld in artikel 23 van de Wet bemanning zeeschepen het persoonsgebonden nummer en de diplomagegevens, bedoeld in de artikelen 15 en 17, eerste lid en tweede lid, onderdelen a en b, van onderwijsdeelnemers verstrekt.
Artikel 48b. Verstrekking van diplomagegevens aan Onze Minister van LNV

Aan Onze Minister van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit worden voor de registratie van personen in het register, bedoeld in artikel 4.3 van de Wet dieren, het persoonsgebonden nummer en de diplomagegevens, bedoeld in de artikelen 15 en 17, eerste lid en tweede lid, onderdelen a en b, van onderwijsdeelnemers verstrekt.

Aan Onze Minister van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit worden voor het toezicht op de naleving van artikel 3.11 van het Besluit houders van dieren het persoonsgebonden nummer en de diplomagegevens, bedoeld in de artikelen 15 en 17, eerste lid, en tweede lid, onderdeel b, van onderwijsdeelnemers verstrekt.

Artikel 74a. Overgangsbepaling vanwege de inwerkingtreding van de Wet inburgering 2021
Op een onderwijsdeelnemer waar de Wet inburgering op van toepassing was op de dag voorafgaand aan de inwerkingtreding van de Wet inburgering 2021, blijven de artikelen 16, onderdeel r, 22, vierde lid, 39, eerste lid, en 49, en de bijlage, zoals deze luidden op de dag voorafgaand aan de inwerkingtreding van de Wet inburgering 2021, van toepassing.

Bijlage. bij de artikelen 23 tot en met 39a van het Besluit register onderwijsdeelnemers
Hieronder is met kruisjes aangegeven welke basisgegevens uit de artikelen 4 tot en met 8 van het besluit (in rijen onder elkaar) er voor elk van de verstrekkingen van basisgegevens als bedoeld in de artikelen 23 tot en met 39a van het besluit (in de kolommen) vanuit het register onderwijsdeelnemers (kunnen) worden verstrekt. In de tabel zijn enkele omschrijvingen ingekort, zie de in de rijen en kolommen van de tabel genoemde artikelen, artikelleden en -onderdelen voor een volledige aanduiding van welke gegevens het betreft en voor welke taak de gegevens (kunnen) worden verstrekt.
